UN(DO) is Amilla's on-island waste and production centre, where glass is crushed into construction cement, plastics are prepared for recycling, paper is compacted and food waste becomes garden compost. The same facility makes yoghurt, jams, pickles, plant-based milk, kombucha and spa products in-house to cut packaging. It is open to guests as part of the resort's sustainability storytelling.
