Organic Garden

The resort grows vegetables and herbs in an on-island organic garden, and the produce goes directly into the drinks and dishes served across the six outlets. It sits within the property's wider sustainability set-up, alongside the composting plant that processes up to 1,000 kg of food waste a day and the on-site desalination and reverse osmosis water plant, both of which guests can visit.
