Ba’theli lounge & restaurant

Ba'theli is the resort's signature restaurant, built as three wooden boats moored over the lagoon: the first is the lounge and sunset bar, the second the kitchen, the third the dining room. The name comes from the Dhivehi cargo dhonis that once carried goods and ideas across the archipelago, and the kitchen follows that Spice Route thread through Maldivian heritage cooking. Guests dine on deck under the stars or inside the air-conditioned boat.
