Signature Experience

Coco Bodu Hithi regularly brings Michelin-starred and internationally known chefs to the island for short residencies, working alongside the resident brigade. Tom Kitchin cooked a six-course tasting menu at Aqua, and the resort has since hosted other visiting chefs. Some of the guest chef's dishes are usually kept on the seasonal menu afterwards so later guests can taste them.
