Flying Sauces

Flying Sauces is Soneva Fushi's treetop restaurant, where an international tasting menu is served in the canopy and the courses arrive by zipline from the kitchen below. Guests reach the platform by zipline themselves, which makes the meal as much an arrival as a menu. It is one of the few dining rooms in the Maldives set in the trees rather than on the water.
