Weightless Watsu is the resort's signature therapy: an aquatic bodywork session combining stretching, acupressure and massage while the guest is floated in chest-deep warm water by a practitioner. It takes place in the dedicated Watsu pools of the KAASHI hydrotherapy hall, of which there are now two. Ayurvedic oil rituals using AKTAR's in-house blends are the other headline treatment.
