Kanusan

Kanusan is the resort's overwater fine-dining restaurant, reached by a wooden walkway above the lagoon and serving classical and contemporary Japanese cuisine. It combines a sushi counter with a dedicated aperitif bar on the same deck. It is the most formal of the island's venues and the one most often cited in the resort's awards.
