A walk-in cellar inside The Retreat holds the wine list and a cold room of cheeses and charcuterie. The resort describes around 70 labels on display, of which more than 80 wines and 6 Champagnes - Louis Roederer, Delamotte Blanc de Blancs, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Bollinger Rose, Taittinger Prelude and Moet - are poured within the all-inclusive plan, alongside 30 to 50 cheeses, Parma ham, salami and chorizo. A sommelier builds platters and pairings on request.
