Domestic Flight and Speedboat Transfer

The alternative route uses a domestic flight from Male to Maafaru airport, about 40 minutes, followed by a 15-minute speedboat crossing to the island. Unlike the seaplane it is not limited to daylight hours, which suits late or early flights. The speedboat leg is operated by the resort.
