Whale Shark Trip with a Marine Biologist

South Ari Atoll holds the only year-round whale shark aggregation site in the world, and the resort sits about twenty minutes from it. The trip goes out on a traditional wooden dhoni with a marine biologist on board, snorkelling with the sharks and often turtles, manta rays and reef fish along the way. It closes with the option to adopt a sea turtle in support of the conservation programme.
