Roohu, from the Dhivehi word for soul, is the resort's dedicated host service introduced in October 2021. The host handles a personalised check-in covering preferences, dietary needs and dining arrangements, gives an island orientation, helps with unpacking and stays available around the clock to plan the guest's day. It is a lifestyle management service rather than a classic butler.
