The Leaf garden produces more than 7,000 kg a year of organic herbs, salad leaves, microgreens and mushrooms, feeding the restaurant it sits beside, while Kukulhu Village is the on-island chicken farm supplying organic eggs. Both are stops on the complimentary back-of-house tour.
