Soneva Soul is the resort's wellness centre, a two-storey complex set in the jungle with open-air treatment rooms surrounded by vegetation. Beyond massage and facials it runs Ayurveda, movement and mindfulness programmes, and brings in visiting wellbeing experts through the year. Its facilities include a yoga pavilion, pilates and movement studios and a jungle gym.
