Sun Siyam Iru Fushi has a resident marine biologist, appointed in November 2023, who leads the resort's coral restoration work and its educational outreach with guests and staff. Guests can join her for conservation snorkelling, collecting coral and fish data on the house reef, and the Koamas kids club team runs marine-life sessions for younger guests.
