Teppanyaki

Teppanyaki is the Japanese venue, built around the theatre of the hot iron griddle: meat, seafood and vegetables cooked in front of guests at the counter, alongside a sushi selection. Desserts follow the same line with matcha, yuzu, mango and wasabi.
