How to read this table
- Rates are indicative, per villa per night, before 16% GST, 10% service and the green tax; low season runs May–November. Confirmed at enquiry — we quote the real number, not the rack rate. Resorts quote in US dollars; euro and sterling are converted at a rate we set monthly, and the dollar figure is the one that binds. The price filter reads against the low-season figure — what a villa starts at.
- Guests reads as adults + children — the villa's maximum, not a recommendation. Every villa here carries a private pool; the figure is measured water surface, not deck.
- Interior area is the resort's own figure, checked against the villa plan.
- The index is the Kollection reading of that villa within its own segment — overwater one-bedrooms are read against overwater one-bedrooms, never against a beach estate. It moves with the profile you choose above.
