Aqua is the resort's overwater seafood restaurant, built out over the lagoon on the house-reef side of the island. The kitchen works the day's catch in both traditional and contemporary registers, from steamed mussels and lobster platters to Thai-style curries with Black Onyx Angus beef. It is the venue the resort uses for its Michelin-starred guest-chef dinners.
