Rabarbaro is the relaxed Italian restaurant set poolside under the palms, with the ocean in view. The kitchen turns out wood-fired pizzas, pastas, risottos and chargrilled meat and seafood using island-fresh produce, followed by house-made gelato. It is the island's default long-lunch address, and the same space becomes Rah Bar once the sun goes down.
