Botanica is the resort's farm-to-fork restaurant, hidden in a candlelit garden where tables sit beneath the trees and the open sky. The kitchen works with seasonally sourced vegetables, fragrant herbs and spices, grilled in front of guests alongside meat and seafood. It is the most vegetable-forward of the island's restaurants and the one that best suits a slow, low-key dinner.
