Husk

Husk is Villa Haven's fire kitchen, set at the island's edge under a broad canopy with rustic screens, handwoven rugs and low seating. Everything revolves around live flame: fish slow-cooked over glowing coals fuelled by coconut husks, marinated meats seared on oversized grills, and desserts finished in the embers. The cooking is regionally inspired and built around seasonal produce.
