YUZU is Villa Haven's overwater Japanese restaurant, built above the lagoon with a spare, contemporary Japanese design and panoramic water views. The kitchen leans Japanese with pan-Asian touches and puts live cooking stations at the centre of the room, so the meal is as much performance as plate. It is the resort's most theatrical dinner venue.
