Cooking Class at the Culinary Learning Centre

The Culinary Learning Centre is a purpose-built teaching kitchen where each participant works at their own fully equipped station. Classes are led by the resort's chefs and are framed around nutrition and the Earth-to-Table sourcing philosophy rather than pure technique. Sessions can be combined with foraging in the Chef's Garden.
