Two tasting rituals run in parallel on the island. At SAI, a resident Tea Master and Sommelier leads tea ceremonies, tastings and workshops across a range of more than sixty brews. At MOJO Bar, daily mixology workshops teach alcohol-free and biodynamic cocktail making, and the wine cellar added in 2024 hosts sommelier-led wine tastings.
