Chef's Garden

The resort keeps a kitchen garden run on fully organic methods, supplying the restaurants with zero-mile produce. It is presented as the source of the herbs, leaves and vegetables used across the dining venues rather than as a decorative garden. Irrigation uses nutrient-rich water recovered from the island's own wastewater treatment plant, which cuts chemical fertiliser use.
