Shoreline Feasts is the series of themed dinners staged on the shoreline beside Madi three evenings a week. Flavours of India on Mondays runs through regional Indian cooking; Lobster and Champagne on Wednesdays is a four-course pairing; Sea, Fire, Land and Salt on Fridays is a grill where guests pick their own line-caught seafood or premium meat.
