Altitude Wine Cellar

Altitude is the resort's wine cellar, a spun-glass tower rising several metres above the island and visible from the walkways. It hosts private and communal wine dinners, with a sommelier-led pairing menu served inside the tower itself. The cellar is also used for tastings outside meal service.
