The Spa by Thalgo at Iru Fushi is the resort's wellness centre, laid out as a series of treatment pavilions hidden in the island's tropical vegetation - around twenty according to on-site accounts. The menu runs to more than 140 treatments using the French marine cosmetology brand Thalgo, alongside a resident Ayurvedic doctor, traditional Chinese medicine, and Maldivian traditional remedies. Facilities include a hydrotherapy area, steam room, sauna and plunge pools.
