Big Game Fishing

Fishing goes out on a private boat rigged with modern game-fishing gear, set up for either big-game trolling or bottom fishing depending on what you want. Grouper, jobfish, white snapper, barracuda and emperor fish are the typical catches. The kitchen will cook your catch on your return, or lay on sushi and sashimi instead.
