Diving is run by the on-island PADI centre AquaNautica across more than 40 sites in Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, most trips going out privately rather than in groups. The programme covers first dives, refreshers and certification up to advanced level, taught in several languages. Night dives, macro photography dives and dives alongside the resident marine biologist all form part of it.
