House Reef

The island is fringed by its own reef, reachable from the beach across the shallow lagoon, and the dive centre uses that lagoon for first-time and confined-water sessions. South Ari Atoll is one of the richest stretches of water in the Maldives, and reef life around the island includes rays, reef sharks and a dense mix of tropical fish. Manta rays are reported on the reef by press coverage of the opening.
