Diving is the strongest argument for Villa Haven's location: South Ari Atoll holds some of the most reliable big-animal sites in the Maldives. The dive centre runs the full PADI progression, from a first try-dive to Dive Master, and takes certified divers out to Whale Shark Point, Manta Point, Kuda Rah Thila, Five Rocks and Angaga Thila. Children can start with the Bubble Maker programme, and private guided dives are available for those who prefer to go out one-to-one.
