Bespoke Dining

Bespoke Dining is the resort's private dining programme: you sit down with the chefs, build a menu from the flavours you want, and it is then cooked and served wherever you choose. The settings on offer run from a barefoot table on the beach to a traditional dhoni anchored in the lagoon or a private island for the evening. The current operator has formalised two variants - a Sunken Dinner at a lantern-lit table carved into the sand, and The Connoisseur's Table, a private room for up to twelve guests with wine pairings.
