Canneli is Hurawalhi's main restaurant, named after the Dhivehi word for yellowfin tuna, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as a buffet with a la carte options on selected days. Live cooking stations let the chefs finish dishes to order and themed international evenings rotate through the week. Much of the produce comes from the resort's own greenhouse, and a sommelier looks after a cellar described as running to over a thousand bottles.
