J.F.K., for Junk Food Kitchen, is Hurawalhi's tongue-in-cheek gourmet fast-food counter, tucked inside Coco Bar. The kitchen gives equal billing to plant-based and meat dishes: gluten- and dairy-free nachos and rice-battered cauliflower vegan wings sit alongside matured cuts, tomahawk steak and jalapeno-lime chicken wings. The executive chef's signature is a vegan, gluten-free burger.
