Signature Experience5.8 is Hurawalhi's signature: the world's largest all-glass undersea restaurant, set 5.8 metres below the lagoon surface with the reef and its fish as the only decor. It seats no more than ten couples at a time and serves a five-course lunch and a seven-course dinner of modern cuisine, with a private champagne breakfast available on request. The restaurant holds a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
