Designer Dining

Dining by Design is the resort's private dining programme, set on a deserted sandbank at lunch, on the shoreline at sunset, on the deck of the private yacht under the stars or in the seclusion of the villa. A personal butler and chef run each occasion, with a Wine Guru on the pairings, and menus are either chosen from the existing selection or built with the chef. Signatures run to tiger prawn, local yellowfin tuna and Indian Ocean lobster, with Middle Eastern menus and gourmet picnic hampers also offered.
