FIRE

FIRE is the resort's overwater teppanyaki restaurant, where chefs cook on the flat-top grill in front of the guests under a thatched roof open to the sea breeze. The menu blends Peruvian and Japanese influences, from reef fish ceviche and yakisoba to Wagyu beef, Angus tenderloin and lobster selected at the table. It is the most theatrical of the six venues and works well for families and groups.
