SPICE is the overwater Asian restaurant, an al fresco room built around an open show kitchen where specialty chefs from across Asia work the tandoor and the wok. The menu travels from Indonesian soto ayam and Sichuan-dressed soft shell crab salad to tandoori lamb chops and fresh seafood, with a Wine Guru on hand for pairings. Its western orientation makes it the best of the dinner venues for sunset.
