Private dining is one of the things the resort does most seriously, with tables set on a secluded beach, on a sandbank lapped by the waves or inside the Epicure wine cellar. Menus are built to order and a private chef and host look after the evening from start to finish. The signature version is a sandbank dinner with champagne by candlelight.
