Organic Gardens

Soneva Fushi's organic gardens supply the kitchens and are open to guests, with the Mandela Garden growing culinary, medicinal and insect-repellent herbs and a further garden producing vegetables and farmed fish under rainwater collection. They sit alongside Eco Centro and feed directly into Fresh in the Garden and Shades of Green. Bamboo is grown as a nutrient-retaining mop crop.
