House Reef

Bolifushi has two house reefs fringing the island, reachable straight from the beach, with good coral cover and light-filled gardens on gentle profiles that suit beginners. Manta rays, stingrays, reef sharks and turtles are seen regularly, and ocean caves and several shipwrecks sit within reach. It is one of the island's genuine strengths and a reason to book here over a resort with a bare lagoon.
