Glow is a greenhouse-style restaurant whose open kitchen is surrounded by the resort's edible gardens, serving Mediterranean coastal cooking centred on flame and seasonal produce. The kitchen leans on the garden next door for herbs and fruit, with dishes such as octopus carpaccio, artichoke bruschetta, langoustines in garlic butter, seared yellowfin tuna and slow-braised Australian beef brisket.
