The Ledge is the modern Australian barbecue restaurant signed by Dave Pynt, the chef behind the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends in Singapore. Everything revolves around a custom dual-cavity wood-burning oven and jarrah wood grills, in an open-air beachfront room dressed with driftwood chandeliers and reclaimed timber. Expect a la minute lobster rolls, wood-grilled Blackmore wagyu and steak frites with caviar.
