TERRA

Terra is the resort's signature fine-dining restaurant, set in seven handcrafted bamboo pods suspended at varying heights at the highest point of Ithaafushi island, above the canopy and looking out over the South Male Atoll. Each nest seats one party in complete privacy and is reached by a granite walkway through a bamboo grove. The kitchen serves five- and seven-course tasting menus built on premium produce such as poached blue lobster, steamed Alaskan king crab and A5 Miyazaki beef tenderloin.
