ZUMA MALDIVES

Zuma Maldives is the island outpost of the contemporary Japanese izakaya brand, a floating pavilion set above the lagoon with an island bar, a robatayaki grill and a sushi counter built from timber, granite and natural materials. The menu follows the izakaya idea of sharing, with sushi, robata-grilled dishes and signature plates such as sliced seabass with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe, or roasted lobster with shiso ponzu butter.
