Tasting Table is the resort's all-day restaurant, a beachside dining room and terrace where breakfast is served from open-theatre kitchens and dinner turns cosmopolitan. Mornings bring tropical fruit, pastries and made-to-order dishes including handmade sausages; evenings run a la carte across Thai satay, Italian risotto, Japanese tuna tataki, crisp prawns and Maldivian lobster. Breakfast can also be taken in thatched cabanas on the sand, with champagne.
